What data we process and why

• Contact via WhatsApp, email or phone: we use the details you provide (name, phone, email and whatever you tell us about your business) solely to reply to you and manage a potential business relationship. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.
• Chat with AIA (site assistant): the messages you type are sent encrypted to our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and to the language-model provider (Groq, USA) for the sole purpose of generating the reply. We do not store them on our own servers, they are not used to train models, and the conversation is deleted from your browser when you close the tab. Please do not type personal or sensitive data into the chat.
• Cookieless analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which provides aggregate metrics (visits, pages) without cookies or personal identifiers.

Recipients and international transfers

The providers mentioned (Cloudflare and Groq) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

We keep contact data only for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, the business relationship that follows.
